Gee Movie Explorer（以下「本アプリ」）は、Webページを閲覧しながら、ユーザーが明示的に選択した動画を端末に保存してオフラインで再生するiOSアプリです。本ポリシーは、本アプリが処理する情報とその取り扱いを説明します。

本アプリが処理する情報

本アプリは、次の情報を本アプリの機能を提供するために処理します。

• 閲覧先のURLとWebサイトのデータ: ユーザーが入力・選択したHTTP(S) URLをWKWebViewで表示します。ページ表示に必要な通信、Cookie、Webサイト側の保存データは、訪問先のサーバーとiOSのWebKitの仕組みに従って処理されます。
• 動画の情報: ユーザーが保存候補として選択した動画のURL、タイトル、ファイル形式、容量、更新情報（ETagやLast-Modifiedなど）を、保存一覧と再開処理のために端末へ保存します。
• 保存動画と途中ファイル: ユーザーが保存を開始した動画、HLSの保存データ、DASHから作成した動画、保存途中のファイルを端末内に保存します。
• アプリの設定とブラウザ状態: ホームページ、ブックマーク、タブの復旧状態、プレイヤー設定を端末内に保存します。
• 共有拡張から受け取った動画: iOSの共有シートから本アプリへ動画を渡した場合、その動画とファイル情報をアプリの共有領域に保存します。

情報の利用目的

• Webページを表示し、ページ内の保存候補を表示するため
• ユーザーが選択した動画を保存し、再開・進捗表示・オフライン再生を行うため
• 保存一覧、ブックマーク、設定、タブ状態を提供するため
• 共有シートから受け取った動画を保存一覧へ追加するため

開発者が収集しない情報

現在の本アプリは、開発者が運用するサーバーへ利用データを送信する機能を持ちません。次の情報を、広告・解析・アカウント管理の目的で収集しません。

• ユーザーアカウント、氏名、メールアドレスなどの個人識別情報
• 広告識別子、広告プロファイル、行動トラッキング情報
• 利用状況分析、クラッシュレポート、診断ログ
• 位置情報、連絡先、カメラ映像

訪問先サイトとの通信

本アプリはブラウザとして、ユーザーが開いたWebサイトや、ユーザーが保存対象として選択した動画・サムネイルのURLへ通信します。これらのサイトには、IPアドレス、リクエスト情報、Cookieなどが通常のWeb通信の範囲で送信される場合があります。各サイトのプライバシーポリシーと利用規約をご確認ください。本アプリは、DRMやアクセス制御を回避する目的で通信を横取りしません。

情報の共有

本アプリは、端末内の保存データを販売・広告事業者へ提供しません。ユーザーが開いたWebサイトへの通信、ユーザーがiOSの共有機能で選択した保存先への共有は、ユーザーの操作に基づくものです。

保存と削除

保存動画、動画のメタデータ、ブックマーク、設定、セッションは端末内に保存されます。保存動画は本アプリの「保存動画」画面から削除できます。本アプリをアンインストールすると、アプリ領域と共有領域に保存されたデータはiOSの管理に従って削除されます。

ユーザーの選択

• Webサイトを開く、動画を保存する、共有する操作はユーザーが任意に選択できます。
• 保存動画は「保存動画」画面から削除できます。
• 本アプリを使用しないことで、本アプリによる追加の動画保存やページ表示を停止できます。

子どものプライバシー

本アプリは、子どもから意図的に個人情報を収集しません。

ポリシーの変更

機能や法令への対応に伴い、本ポリシーを更新することがあります。変更後のポリシーはこのページに掲載し、最終更新日を更新します。

Gee Movie Explorer ("the App") is an iOS app that lets users browse the web, explicitly select media, save it on the device, and play it offline. This policy explains what information the App processes and how it is handled.

Information Processed by the App

The App processes the following information only to provide its features:

• Visited URLs and website data: The App displays HTTP(S) URLs entered or selected by the user in WKWebView. Requests needed to display pages, cookies, and website data are handled by the visited site and iOS WebKit.
• Media information: For media explicitly selected by the user, the App stores the media URL, title, file type, size, and response metadata such as ETag or Last-Modified on the device for the library and resume support.
• Saved media and partial files: Media selected for saving, saved HLS data, DASH output, and incomplete downloads are stored on the device.
• App settings and browser state: The home page, bookmarks, restorable tabs, and player settings are stored on the device.
• Media received from the share extension: When a user shares a video with the App through the iOS share sheet, the video and its file information are stored in the App Group container.

Purposes of Use

• Display web pages and media candidates found on those pages
• Save user-selected media and provide progress, resume, and offline playback
• Provide the saved library, bookmarks, settings, and browser session restoration
• Add videos received through the share sheet to the saved library

Information Not Collected by the Developer

The current App does not send usage data to a developer-operated server. It does not collect the following for advertising, analytics, or account management:

• User accounts, names, email addresses, or other personal identifiers
• Advertising identifiers, advertising profiles, or behavioral tracking data
• Usage analytics, crash reports, or diagnostic logs
• Location data, contacts, or camera footage

Communication with Visited Sites

As a browser, the App communicates with websites opened by the user and with media or thumbnail URLs selected for saving. Those sites may receive an IP address, request information, cookies, and other information normally exchanged in web requests. Please review the privacy policies and terms of the sites you visit. The App does not intercept traffic to bypass DRM or access controls.

Data Sharing

The App does not sell or provide on-device saved data to advertisers. Requests to websites and sharing through an iOS share action are initiated by the user.

Storage and Deletion

Saved media, media metadata, bookmarks, settings, and session data are stored on the device. Saved media can be deleted from the App's Saved Videos screen. Uninstalling the App removes data in the App and its shared container according to iOS behavior.

Your Choices

• Opening a website, saving media, and sharing media are optional user actions.
• Saved media can be deleted from the Saved Videos screen.
• Stopping use of the App stops additional browsing and saving through the App.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated when features or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
